This year’s annual Texas Environmental Superconference –our 38th – is scheduled for Thursday August 6, through Friday August 7, as always, at the Four Seasons in Austin. This year’s theme is “A Star-Spangled Affair,” celebrating our country’s 250th birthday. The Wednesday afternoon primer –on August 5 will be on data centers and the environment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Full refunds available for cancellations received by 5:00 PM CT on July 10th.
- Cancellations received by 5:00 PM CT on July 15th incur a $200 fee.
- No refunds on cancellations received after 5:00 PM CT on July 31st, but attendee substitutions are accepted via email until 5:00 PM CT on August 3rd .
- Registrants are responsible for canceling hotel reservations and complying with the hotel’s cancellation policy. Check the hotel’s cancellation policy carefully.
To cancel, click the cancellation link at the bottom of your confirmation email. If you cannot locate that email, you may cancel by emailing [email protected] but any cancellation made in this manner may result in a delayed refund (if any is due).
SCHOLARSHIPS
Thanks to our generous sponsors, the Superconference is offering up to eight (8) registration scholarships for employees of NGOs. Application may be submitted until June 21, 2026. These scholarships will reduce the registration fee to the rate applicable to “Government Employees and Students “for the Thursday/Friday program and make the Wednesday afternoon program available at no cost. Those awarded a registration scholarship are still responsible for their own travel, lodging and parking. Eligible applicants are full-time employees of registered nonprofit organizations whose job duties directly relate to environmental law and/or policy. Please include in your email application the following information: 1) your name; 2) whether you have received a Superconference scholarship previously, 3) whether you have previously attended Superconference, 4) the name of your organization and its nonprofit status (i.e., 501(c)(3)); and 5) a link to information about your organization. In the event more than eight eligible applicants apply before June 21, 2026, priority will be given to: (1) the first applicant from any of the same nonprofit organization; (2) applicants who have not received a previous Superconference scholarship; (3) those who have not previously attended a Superconference; and (4) those who are employees of a nonprofit organization that has not previously had a representatives attend.
