5th Annual Texas Symposium on Climate Change and Energy Transition
April 22, 2026, at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas – 2201 N. Stemmons Fwy, Dallas
The Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section (ENRLS) in conjunction with the Texas Environmental Law Journal (TELJ) is excited to announce our fifth annual Symposium on Climate Change and Energy Transition. To expand opportunities for sharing ideas and making connections across numerous industries and interests, this year we are joining the EarthX2026 Congress of Conferences. EarthX2026 is a three-day event bringing together numerous conferences, symposia, and networking opportunities under one roof.
The Texas Climate Change and Energy Transition symposium will cover a range of subjects on the important and urgent topics of climate and energy transition. It will be eye-opening and provide deep and thoughtful insights into these dynamic topics. ENRLS will seek CLE
accreditation from the State Bar of Texas and anticipate providing 6 hours of CLE, including 1 hour of ethics. Topics for the symposium include:
• Disputes impacting deployment of low carbon technologies
• Early dispute resolution
• Finance and private capital in the energy transition
• Community engagement for successful projects
• Adapting the legal profession for tomorrow’s challenges
