Join ENRLS in San Antonio for Water Law 101 on February 18, 2026, followed by the 27th Annual Changing Face of Water Law Conference on February 19–20, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort. These programs offer both foundational and advanced coverage of Texas water law, including legislative and agency updates, groundwater and surface water case law, produced water, aquifer storage and recharge, land development, ethics, attorney wellness, and emerging issues affecting courts and regulators.
