Highlights From The Changing Face of Water Rights in Texas Conference 2006

"Best CLE I've ever been to," raved one of the attendees of the Changing Face of Water Rights Conference. The Conference was held at the San Antonio Hyatt Hill Country Resort on May 17-19th. "There was a high level of interest from the audience, so this was a conference with a lot of energy," said Mike Gershon, Program co-chair. "The incredibly beautiful setting doesn't hurt," he added. Featuring the Chairmen of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, Texas Water Development Board, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, and Senate and House Natural Resources Committees, the conference highlighted cutting-edge issues by the State of Texas's senior policymakers. The program was co-sponsored with the State Bar of Texas's Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section, and drew a diverse audience from the private and public sectors.
