Can I pay by credit card?

You may pay by credit card during on line pre-registration only.

Do you accept vouchers?

We accept Purchase Orders from Texas State Agencies and from the United States Environmental Protection Agency. Hard copies of the Purchase Order must be provided to the Superconference prior to August 4, 2011. If you have questions regarding the vouchers or purchase orders, please e-mail superconference@haynesboone.com.

How much CLE credit is there? Ethics? What's the course no.?

The course has been approved for 12 hours in Continuing Legal Education Credits, including 2.0 hours of Ethics. It has also been approved by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for certification and recertification continuing legal education requirements for attorneys and legal assistants in the following specialty fields: Administrative Law 12; Civil Trial Law 12.

The Climate Change Course has been approved for 2.0 hours of Continuing Legal Education Credit.

What do people wear?

Attire is generally business casual. As the conference room may be rather cool at times during the day, we recommend that you bring a light sweater or jacket.

If the Four Seasons' lot is full, where can I park?

Please see the Parking link on the website. The Four Seasons' lot frequently fills up, and because of construction, we expect parking at the Four Seasons to be very limited. Please plan accordingly.

How can I receive CLE credit for some other state?

The Superconference only obtains CLE credit in Texas. We suggest you contact the applicable bar association to inquire about other state's CLE.

Does the Superconference have vendor booths?

The Superconference does not provide vendor booths.

Does the Superconference have scholarships?

The Superconference offers substantial discounts to government employees, but does not provide scholarships.

What is the deadline to get a reduced room rate at the Four Seasons?

Do I qualify for the student rate?

To qualify for the student rate, you must be enrolled in an institution of higher learning as a full time student in the current summer session or in the spring session immediately preceding the Superconference. Pursuing a degree while otherwise employed does not qualify.

Do I qualify got the government rate?

To qualify for the government rate, you must be employed by a branch of the federal , state or local government as your primary employment.
You do not qualify if you are a government contractor. If you work part tome for a government, the government must be your primary source of
employment to qualify. For example, if you are an adjunct professor at a state law school, but are also employed elsewhere (such as in private
practice), you do not qualify for the government rate.
