The State Bar of Texas Environmental Law Journal is the leading source for articles on Texas environmental and natural resources law. The Journal provides Section members with current legal articles and recent developments pertaining to environmental and natural resources law, as well as news of Section activities and other events. The Journal is published on a quarterly basis.

The most recent Journal features an article discussing developments in the area of solid waste and an article examining environmental issues in the bankruptcy context.  The three student notes discuss (1) severing wind rights from fee simple ownership, (2) categorizing environmental crimes, and (3)achieving the high-water mark of wave technology, respectively. HOW TO REACH US

Anyone interested in submitting a manuscript for publication should contact the Solicitations Editor, Lauren Kalisek, or the Editor-in-Chief, Lyn Clancy. Manuscripts for publication must be typed double-spaced with footnotes placed at the end of the manuscript as endnotes. Manuscripts must be provided electronically in MS Word. (PC-compatible floppy disks are appreciated).
