Texas Environmental Law Journal

The State Bar of Texas Environmental Law Journal is the leading source for articles on Texas environmental and natural resources law. The Journal provides Section members with current legal articles and recent developments pertaining to environmental and natural resources law, as well as news of Section activities and other events. The Journal is published on a quarterly basis.

The most recent Journal features an article reviewing House Bill 2876 which increases land owner participation in the CCN (Certificates of Convenience and Necessity) process, and a student note examining the availability of takings claims by land owners after the Texas Supreme Court's decision in Tarrant Regional Water Dist. v. HOW TO REACH US

Anyone interested in submitting a manuscript for publication should contact the Solicitations Editor, Lauren Kalisek, or the Editor-in-Chief, Jimmy Alan Hall. Manuscripts for publication must be typed double-spaced with footnotes placed at the end of the manuscript as endnotes. Manuscripts must be provided electronically in MS Word. (PC-compatible floppy disks are appreciated).
