Changes in the Environment

Lloyd Gosselink Blevins Rochelle & Townsend has elected as shareholders Michael A. Gershon (pictured, left) in the Water Practice Group and Thomas L. Brocato in the Utilities Practice Group. William B. "Brad" Wagner joins the firm as Of Counsel, where he will continue his practice in oil and gas and natural resources litigation. The following attorneys have become associated with the firm: Jeffrey S. Reed in the Air and Waste Practice Group, Jason T. Hill in the Water Practice Group, and Jessica Luparello (right) in the Utilities Practice Group.

 

Texas Environmental Law Journal Editor-in-Chief Jimmy Alan Hall (left) has relocated to Wimberley, Texas. His new address is 401 Green Acres Drive, Suite 100, Wimberley, Texas, 78676-5025; 512-722-3190. He remains Of Counsel to Stumpf Craddock Massey Farrimond.

 

Elizabeth Hurst, a Texas Environmental Superconference 2007 planning committee member, has moved to Tronox, LLC.

Nathan Block, chair of the ENRLS Law School Committee, joins Winstead as an associate in their Houston office.  He was formerly with McGlinchey Stafford, PLLC.

Bill Moltz, Steve Morton, Brian O’Toole and Janessa Glenn have set up Moltz Morton O’Toole, LLP, an environmental law boutique, in Austin.  All were previously with the Austin office of Jenkens & Gilchrest.

Al Axe, Jr. (below) and Keith Courtney, formerly with Jenkens & Gilchrest, have joined Winstead PC as shareholders in their Austin office.
