Gregg Cooke Memorial Tribute

Former TCEQ Chair Bob Huston, EPA Region 6 Deputy Regional Administrator Larry Starfield, ENRLS Chair Drew Miller, and Superconference Chair Jeff Civins paid tribute to Gregg Cooke at the Superconference. Gregg, the former EPA Regional Administrator and active Superconference participant, unexpectedly passed away on September 17, 2006. With Gregg's wife and daughter in attendance, the tribute featured a video prepared by Jean Flores and James Payne.
