Education Committee

The mission of the education committee is to provide educational opportunities to environmental lawyers in Texas to help them "be better lawyers." The Chair of the Education Committee is Mike Nasi.

The Section sponsors two CLE conferences a year:

• Environmental Superconference, now in its twenty-first year. 

• The Changing Face of Water Rights in Texas. 

The Section also has the ability to host other seminars.  If you have an idea for a seminar or would like to be involved in planning or speaking at one of our existing seminars, please contact Mike Nasi at mnasi@jw.com.

Law School Committee

We have a very active program working with the nine Texas Law Schools. The mission of the Law School Committee is to increase communication among Texas law students interested in practicing environmental and natural resources law, law faculty teaching in this area, and the practitioners. The Chair is Nathan Block. Consider helping with one of the Committee's projects.
