The Changing Face of Water Rights in Texas Conference

The Changing Face of Water Rights in Texas will be held on February 23-25, 2010 at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort. Unique among water conferences, this program emphasizes practice-oriented topics and materials.

Featuring the Presidents of two major municipal water utilities, the top groundwater scientist at the Texas Water Development Board, and leading water policy makers and water law practitioners from around the State, the conference also highlights cutting-edge issues before the courts and relevant state agencies.

The conference will be kicked off with an optional 2 ½ hour boot camp that covers the fundamentals of groundwater and surface water law.
