Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort
Lost Pines (Bastrop), Texas

The Changing Face of Water Rights in Texas will be held on May 8-9, 2008 at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort. Unique among water conferences, this program emphasizes transaction-focused, practice-oriented topics and materials. Click here for the program.

Featuring the Chairmen of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, Texas Water Development Board, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, and Senate and House Natural Resources Committees, the conference highlights cutting-edge issues by the State of Texas's senior policymakers.

The conference will be kicked off with an optional 2 ½ hour boot camp that covered the fundamentals of groundwater and surface water law.

The program is co-sponsored with the State Bar of Texas's Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section. If you have questions, please contact the Program Co-Chair, Hunter Burkhalter, at HBurkhalter @ kempsmith.com.
